Hanadi El Solh

President

Hanadi El Solh is an Emirati-Lebanese interior architect and designer based in Abu Dhabi, where she works at the intersection of space, narrative, and cultural memory.

She is the founder of High Style Interior Design and Threads of Tales, a multidisciplinary platform through which architecture, fashion, and design become tools for storytelling and reflection.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Technology. This dual academic background shapes her approach to design—combining analytical structure with emotional sensitivity and cultural depth.

Hanadi’s professional practice spans interior architecture, furniture, and conceptual design. Her first furniture collection, Beirut, pays tribute to her city of origin and quietly reflects themes of resilience, memory, and identity rooted in the Lebanese experience.

Alongside her design work, Hanadi is an accomplished author. She wrote the novel Marie, the Wood Carrier, a literary exploration of survival, human endurance, and the inner landscapes shaped by Lebanon’s history.

Hanadi is a member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Lebanese Business Council. In 2019, she established the Women’s Committee of the Lebanese Business Council in Abu Dhabi, contributing to initiatives at the intersection of culture, dialogue, and philanthropy.

She is a member of Al Multaqa Literary Salon for over three decades, a formative space that has deeply shaped her intellectual and literary sensibility. She is also an active member of The Art Circle in Abu Dhabi, where she engages with the UAE’s evolving artistic discourse.

Married to Hani El Solh, she is a proud mother of two sons, Ahmed and Jad.
