Mimi Merhebi
Events Coordinator
Mimi is the proud mother of three boys and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Balamand in Lebanon. She spent her childhood between Saudi Arabia and Lebanon before settling in Abu Dhabi in 1999, where she has been living ever since.
Her strong passion for event decoration inspired her to establish her own business , Prezntable, specializing in customized themed parties for royalty and VVIP clients. Through this work, she built an extensive professional and social network.
In 2003, Mimi co-founded Sanabel el Nour, an NGO in Tripoli, Lebanon, established with a group of socially active women. The organization focuses on healthcare, education, and the well-being of underprivileged families, and has since grown into one of Lebanon’s largest and most impactful NGOs.
Driven by her commitment to philanthropy, Mimi became an active member of the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL – St. Jude’s) committees in both Abu Dhabi and Lebanon. She helped organize numerous events to raise awareness and funds for the free treatment of children battling cancer.
She is also an active member of the Women’s Committee of the Lebanese Business Council in Abu Dhabi, where she has contributed to the organization of exhibitions promoting Lebanese designers, artisans, and their creations, helping them access new markets.
In 2018, Mimi became a founding member of Sawtouna, an initiative created by a group of empowered women dedicated to advancing education for refugees across the Arab region.
Beyond her community work, Mimi enjoys traveling, skiing, exercising, playing tennis, and—like many women—shopping.
