Born in Lebanon, Dunya Feghaly is a Senior Associate at Law House in Abu Dhabi, bringing with her more than 20 years of legal experience acquired across top-tier law firms, leading financial institutions, and multinational corporations in the UAE.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from La Sagesse University in Beirut and is a qualified attorney and member of the Beirut Bar Association.

Dunya possesses extensive expertise in company formation, corporate structuring, shareholder relations, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Law House, she served as Regional Legal Counsel for a multinational corporation, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of legal matters spanning multiple industries and jurisdictions. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous certificates of achievement in recognition of her participation in and delivery of specialized legal seminars. She is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), a qualification that enhances her ability to navigate complex corporate environments and manage multifaceted interpersonal dynamics.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Dunya is actively involved in community-focused initiatives. She is passionate about supporting educational and cultural programs and frequently participates in charity runs and events that promote social and humanitarian causes.
