Marie Grace Seif

Marie-Grace Seif (born Chediac) is a Lebanese lawyer who graduated with a degree in Private Law from Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) in Beirut. She later pursued advanced studies in Business Law at the University of Cambridge in the UK before relocating to the United Arab Emirates with her husband. Marie-Grace has extensive expertise in corporate commercial law and corporate structuring across Lebanese, French, and UAE legal frameworks. She has also lectured in Labor Law, Trademark Law, and Civil Law, and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.

Marie-Grace began her legal career in Abu Dhabi with Samir Salloum Law Firm, before joining Al Tamimi & Company as a Partner and Head of the Abu Dhabi Corporate Structuring Department. She later served as Regional Legal Director at Électricité de France and subsequently joined Arab Development (Al Nowais Group) as Group Legal Director.

For more than a decade, she played an active role in the USJ Alumni – Abu Dhabi Chapter committee, contributing to fundraising efforts to support students in Lebanon.

In her current position with Al Nowais Group, Marie-Grace advises UAE entities and multinational corporations on commercial contract drafting, application of relevant laws—particularly within the oil and gas sector—corporate governance, commercial litigation, and a wide range of procedural matters.
